Do people uploading need an account?

No. They open your link, enter the password if you set one, and upload. Nothing to install and no signup.

How large can the uploaded files be?

Up to 1 TB per file, with resumable uploads for large files. You set the total limit and the number of files per session when creating the request.

Can I close the request?

Yes. Requests expire on the date you choose and can be closed at any time from the management link or your console.
